Our Tesco

Challenge: The corporate team at Tesco wanted to create a site that staff felt like they owned, where they would be open to sharing their stories. The site needed to bring together previously disparate online properties, including CSR and benefits information. It also needed to present some of the information to the public..

Creative: Registration was identified as an important success metric for Tesco, so our UX team engineered the entire experience to guide users towards the sign-up page. Developing a registration process that was intuitive enough to encourage use, but thorough enough to capture the information necessary for an authenticated sign-up, was no small undertaking. However, by continually monitoring the analytics during the testing stages, we were able to ensure that the process was refined ahead of the launch date. A dedicate iOS and Android mobile app helps staff in depots and warehouses get involved too.
